About

Born in the Midwest and having lived in many different states, Cheryl now lives in sunny Southern California. Her friendly, town of Fallbrook is known as the Avocado capital of the world, and is a town of “growers.,” both commercial and for pleasure. Exotics, citrus, grapes for wine, vegetables, flowers,  herbs and more are all found here. This is where Rosemary and Lavender grow wild on the sides of hills and mountains. Similar to a Mediterranean climate, with little exception, you can grown anything here. Lucky for her. because she love herbs. And herbs are truly her passion.

Continuing her education on herbs and plants, she is a current member of the Herb Society of America for over 15 years, The Herb Society UK, California Garden Clubs, and  an active member of the Fallbrook Garden Club. Voted Member of the Year, she writes monthly for the club’s newsletter and leads several herb studies throughout the year.
